Affiliate Terms

PLEASE READ THESE AFFILIATE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE JOINING THE PROGRAM.

Affiliates earn a commission equal to a percentage of the Robux credited to the users they refer. Commission is paid by BloxPass in addition to, and never deducted from, the amounts earned by referred users.

Misleading claims, impersonation and fraud are strictly prohibited. Any such conduct, whether detected or reasonably suspected, will result in the forfeiture of commissions and the termination of your Account.

1. Scope and Acceptance

These Affiliate Terms supplement the Terms of Service and govern your participation in the BloxPass affiliate program (the "Program"). In the event of a conflict with the Terms of Service, these Affiliate Terms control with respect to the Program. By selecting the acceptance checkbox and joining the Program, you agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms. To participate, your Account must be in good standing and you must satisfy the eligibility requirements of the Terms of Service. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Referral Attribution

  • Upon joining, you will receive a unique referral link (/r/your-code). A user is attributed to you as a "Referral" if the user opens your referral link and signs in to the Service for the first time within thirty (30) days.
  • Attribution occurs once, upon the user's first sign-in, and is final. Existing users cannot be attributed to you.
  • You may not refer yourself or any account that you control or that shares a household or device with you.

3. Commission

  • You will earn a commission equal to a percentage of the Robux credited to your Referrals for Offers they complete. Commission is paid by BloxPass in addition to, and does not reduce, the amounts credited to your Referrals. For example, if a Referral is credited 100 R$ and your commission rate is 10%, you will be credited 10 R$.
  • Your commission rate is determined by the number of your "Active Referrals", meaning Referrals who have had at least one Offer credited within the preceding 30 days:
    • Starter (0–50 Active Referrals): 10%
    • Pro (51–250 Active Referrals): 15%
    • Elite (more than 250 Active Referrals): 20%
  • The applicable rate is determined at the time each Offer is credited. Commission is rounded down to the nearest whole Robux and credited to your Balance.
  • If an Offer is reversed or determined to be fraudulent, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your Balance, even if this results in a negative Balance.
  • Commission is subject to the Balance and redemption provisions of the Terms of Service. We may change commission rates or tiers prospectively upon notice on the Service.

4. Promotional Standards

You are solely responsible for all content you publish and all statements you make in promoting the Service. You must not:

  • represent that Robux are available without effort, instantly, or in guaranteed amounts, or describe earnings or features that the Service does not offer. Where you refer to Robux withdrawals, you must disclose that they are made via Gamepass and are held by Roblox for approximately 3–7 days;
  • state or imply that BloxPass is created, sponsored, endorsed or approved by Roblox Corporation or any game developer, or use Roblox trademarks or logos in a manner suggesting such affiliation;
  • impersonate Roblox, BloxPass staff, moderators or any other person, or create fake accounts, reviews or testimonials;
  • conduct fake giveaways or promote "Robux generators", or solicit passwords, cookies (including .ROBLOSECURITY), two-step verification codes or payment information;
  • publish fabricated or altered evidence of payouts or earnings;
  • direct content at children under the age of 13, or encourage any person to misrepresent their age or circumvent Offer requirements; or
  • fail to disclose your material connection to BloxPass. Where required by law or by the rules of the platform on which you publish, including the United States Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that your link is an affiliate or referral link (for example, "#ad" or "I earn a commission if you sign up").

5. Prohibited Practices

You must not:

  • refer yourself, use alternate accounts, or pay, reward or otherwise incentivize any person to register or complete Offers (for example, by offering Robux in exchange for using your link), except with our prior written approval;
  • use bots, scripts, click farms, VPNs, proxies, emulators or any other automated or non-genuine traffic;
  • post your link in Roblox experiences, Roblox chat, group walls, comments, direct messages, Discord servers or any other venue in violation of that venue's rules;
  • bid on "BloxPass" or Roblox trademarks in paid search, or run advertisements that violate these Affiliate Terms; or
  • engage in cookie stuffing, conceal your link, or induce users to open it by deception.

6. Enforcement

If our systems or the systems of TapRain detect fraud or misleading promotion, or if we suspect either, we may and will withhold or reverse your commissions, deny your payouts, remove Referrals, and suspend or terminate your affiliate status and your Account. We may take such action in our sole discretion and without notice. We may require you to remove any promotional content, and you must comply promptly. Commission derived from any prohibited activity is not payable under any circumstances.

7. Independent Relationship

You participate in the Program as an independent party. Nothing in these Affiliate Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership or joint venture relationship between you and BloxPass. You have no authority to make representations or commitments on behalf of BloxPass. You are solely responsible for any taxes arising from amounts you earn.

8. License to Use BloxPass Marks

Subject to these Affiliate Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the BloxPass name and logo, without modification, solely to promote your referral link. You may not register any domain name, username or social media account that incorporates "BloxPass" or that is likely to be confused with an official BloxPass account. We may revoke this license at any time.

9. Term and Termination

You may withdraw from the Program at any time by contacting support@bloxpass.com. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Program, or terminate your participation, at any time. If we terminate your participation without cause, commission validly earned before termination will remain in your Balance. If your participation is terminated for breach of these Affiliate Terms, all unpaid commission is forfeited.
