Terms of Service

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICE.

By accessing or using BloxPass, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. Section 22 contains provisions governing how disputes are resolved.

If our systems or the systems of TapRain detect fraud, or if we suspect fraud or abuse, we may and will deny or cancel your payouts and suspend or terminate your account.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bana Marketing LLC ("BloxPass", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the BloxPass website, applications and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By signing in to or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Affiliate Terms, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Definitions

  • "Account" means your BloxPass account, created when you sign in with your Roblox account.
  • "Balance" means the record of Robux ("R$") credited to your Account under these Terms.
  • "Offer" means any task, game, application, survey, sign-up or other activity made available through the Service by TapRain or an Advertiser.
  • "Advertiser" means any third party whose Offer is made available through the Service.
  • "Offer Partner" means TapRain, the affiliate offer network that supplies Offers to the Service.
  • "Reward" means any Robux payout, gift card code, in-game item or other benefit that may be obtained by redeeming Balance.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • you are at least 13 years of age;
  • if you are under the age of 18 or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who has reviewed and agrees to these Terms on your behalf;
  • you hold a Roblox account in good standing and are permitted to use it under the Roblox Terms of Use;
  • you will maintain no more than one Account, and no other Account is operated from your household or device; and
  • your use of the Service does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you.

Many Offers are restricted to users aged 18 or older or are subject to other eligibility requirements set by the Advertiser. You must not attempt any Offer for which you are not eligible.

4. Account Registration and Security

Accounts are created exclusively through the official "Sign in with Roblox" OAuth service. BloxPass does not request, receive or store your Roblox password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account and for maintaining the security of your Roblox account. You may not sell, transfer, lend or share your Account. You must notify us promptly at support@bloxpass.com of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

5. No Affiliation with Roblox Corporation

This site is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, or approved by Roblox Corporation. "Roblox", "Robux" and related marks are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. Games and virtual items referenced on the Service, including Adopt Me! and Blox Fruits, are the property of their respective owners, who do not sponsor or endorse BloxPass. Your use of Roblox remains subject to the Roblox Terms of Use, and you are solely responsible for complying with them.

6. Offers and Third-Party Advertisers

Offers are supplied by TapRain and its Advertisers. BloxPass does not create, operate or control any Offer or any Advertiser application or website.

  • Crediting. Robux are credited to your Balance only after the Offer Partner notifies us that the Advertiser has confirmed your completion. BloxPass cannot credit any completion that the Advertiser does not confirm, including where the Offer requirements were not met, you were not a new user, tracking was blocked or disabled, or a VPN, proxy or similar tool was used.
  • Reversals and chargebacks. An Advertiser or the Offer Partner may reverse a previously confirmed completion, including for suspected fraud, refunds or failure to meet Offer requirements. Upon notice of a reversal, we will deduct the corresponding Robux from your Balance, even if this results in a negative Balance. A negative Balance must be restored through subsequent valid activity before any Reward may be redeemed.
  • Availability. Offers, payout amounts and availability vary by country and device and may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice. The amount displayed for an Offer is the amount that will be credited if the completion is confirmed while that amount applies.
  • Third-party terms. When you open an Offer, you leave the Service. The terms of use and privacy policy of the relevant Advertiser govern your use of its application or website. BloxPass is not responsible for any third-party application, website, product, service or content, or for any transaction you enter into with a third party.
  • No purchase necessary. You are never required to make a payment to use the Service. Certain Offers may involve optional purchases, subscriptions or trials. You are solely responsible for reviewing the terms of any such Offer and for any resulting charges.

7. Promotional Language

The following terms, when used on the Service or in our promotional materials, have the meanings set out below:

  • "Free" means that no payment is required to create an Account, complete Offers, participate in the Hourly Jackpot or Daily Rewards, or redeem Rewards. "Free Robux" refers to Robux earned by completing Offers and does not mean Robux provided without any activity.
  • "Instant" means that your Balance is credited as soon as the Advertiser confirms your completion (typically within minutes, although some Advertisers may take 24 hours or longer), and that gift card codes are delivered immediately upon redemption when in stock. It does not mean that Robux arrive in your Roblox account instantly. Robux withdrawals are subject to Roblox's pending period described in Section 9.
  • "Up to" means the maximum amount an Offer can pay a single user, as reported by the Offer Partner. Such Offers pay based on progress or on the number of qualifying actions completed and may include optional in-game purchases. Reaching the maximum typically requires substantial progress, and most users earn less. Offers that pay a fixed amount display that exact amount.

8. Account Balance

  • Your Balance is denominated in Robux ("R$") and represents Robux and Rewards that you may request through the Service. It does not constitute Robux in your Roblox account unless and until a withdrawal is completed.
  • Your Balance has no cash value, is not your property and may not be sold, traded, transferred or exchanged for money or anything of value outside the Service. It represents a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to redeem Rewards in accordance with these Terms.
  • We may correct any Balance credited in error, as a result of a technical fault, or through fraud or a breach of these Terms.
  • If your Account remains inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months, we may, after reasonable attempts to contact you, expire any remaining Balance. Any Balance is forfeited upon termination of your Account for breach of these Terms.

9. Redemptions

Robux withdrawals via Gamepass

  • To withdraw Robux, you must create a Gamepass on your own Roblox account and list it for sale at the exact price specified by the Service. The minimum withdrawal is 50 R$ and the maximum per request is 10,000 R$. Because Roblox retains a 30% marketplace fee on each sale, the required price exceeds the amount withdrawn so that you receive the full amount requested.
  • Upon approval, BloxPass purchases the Gamepass. Roblox holds Gamepass proceeds as "Pending" for approximately 3–7 days before they become available in your Roblox account. This hold is imposed and controlled solely by Roblox. Accordingly, Robux withdrawals are not instant.
  • You must not change the price of, remove from sale or delete the Gamepass before the withdrawal is completed. We may cancel any withdrawal if you do so. Withdrawals to Gamepasses owned by groups or by any person other than you are not permitted.

Gift cards and in-game items

  • Digital gift card codes are delivered immediately upon redemption when available in stock, and otherwise as soon as reasonably practicable. Codes are displayed in your redemption history. You are responsible for safeguarding your codes. Codes cannot be replaced once displayed or redeemed.
  • In-game items are delivered by our staff within the named game, generally within 24 hours. You must ensure that your Roblox account is able to receive the item.

Review of redemptions

All redemptions are subject to review. We may delay a redemption pending review, require you to verify your Account, or refuse a redemption in accordance with Section 13. If we refuse a redemption for reasons other than fraud or breach of these Terms, the corresponding Robux will be returned to your Balance.

10. Daily Rewards

  • Once per calendar day (UTC), you may claim a Daily Reward, provided that at least one Offer has been credited to your Account on that day. Only one claim is permitted per Account per day.
  • Daily Rewards follow a seven-day cycle. Days one through six award a randomly determined amount of 1–3 R$, and day seven awards a randomly determined amount of 5–10 R$. The amount is determined by our systems at the time of the claim. Failing to claim on any consecutive day resets the cycle to day one.
  • Daily Rewards are credited to your Balance and are subject to these Terms. We may modify, suspend or discontinue Daily Rewards, and may reverse any Daily Reward associated with fraud, multiple Accounts or a reversed Offer.

11. Hourly Jackpot Official Rules

  • NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Entry is free of charge. Entry is open only to users who have had at least one Offer credited to their Account on the same calendar day (UTC). Qualifying Offers include Offers that require no payment, such as short surveys. Void where prohibited.
  • Entry period. Each round begins at the start of each hour (UTC) and ends at the start of the following hour. Each eligible user may enter each round once by selecting "Join Jackpot". Automated, scripted or bulk entries are prohibited and void.
  • Eligibility. Your Account must be in good standing and your Roblox account must be at least 30 days old at the time of entry.
  • Winner selection and prizes. At the end of each round, up to 3 winners are selected at random from all eligible entries. The prize pool is displayed on the Jackpot page, is not less than 50 R$, and may increase with platform activity during that hour. The prize pool is divided equally among the winners and credited to their Balances. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  • Jackpot boost. While a jackpot boost is active on your Account, each entry you make counts as 3 entries in the random selection. A boost can be claimed by members of our Discord server who boost the server, and can also be obtained free of charge by redeeming PassPoints earned in our Discord server (Section 14). No purchase is necessary to obtain a boost.
  • Prizes are subject to these Terms. We may disqualify any entry, and reverse any prize, associated with fraud, multiple Accounts or a breach of these Terms.

12. Affiliate Program

Users who join the BloxPass affiliate program may earn commission on Offers completed by users they refer. Participation is governed by the Affiliate Terms, which prohibit misleading promotion and fraud and permit us to withhold commission from and suspend affiliates who breach them.

13. Fraud Prevention and Enforcement

We work with the Offer Partner and its Advertisers to maintain the integrity of the Service. If our systems or the systems of TapRain detect fraud, or if we suspect fraud or abuse, we may and will deny or cancel any payout, deduct Robux from your Balance, and suspend or permanently terminate your Account. We may take such action in our sole discretion, with or without notice, and we are not obligated to disclose the specific signals relied upon. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

  • operating more than one Account, or using the accounts, devices or identities of others;
  • using VPNs, proxies, emulators, virtual machines, device spoofing, click farms, bots, scripts or other automation;
  • providing false information to Advertisers, attempting Offers for which you are ineligible, or reinstalling applications to repeat Offers;
  • exploiting bugs or abusing the Hourly Jackpot, Daily Rewards, PassPoints, chat events, the affiliate program, chargebacks or refunds; and
  • selling, trading or transferring Accounts, Balances or gift card codes, or harassing staff or other users.

Upon suspension or termination under this Section, any Balance and pending redemptions may be forfeited. The Offer Partner and Advertisers may take independent action. If you believe an enforcement decision was made in error, you may request a review by contacting support@bloxpass.com. Our decision following review is final.

14. Community Features

  • Global chat. Messages posted in global chat are visible to all signed-in users. You must not post harassment, hate speech, spam, solicitations, links, advertising, or content relating to passwords, cookies or codes. Your Roblox account must be at least 7 days old to post.
  • PassBot. PassBot is an automated account, identified at all times by a BOT badge. It publishes real platform events, such as jackpot results and completed payouts, and general tips. It is not a user. Staff members are identified by a STAFF badge.
  • Live activity feed. The Service displays a public feed of real platform activity, including credited Offers, completed redemptions, jackpot wins, Daily Rewards and new registrations, as described in our Privacy Policy. When there is little recent activity, the feed may also display currently available Offers, which are labeled as such.
  • Support. The support feature provides written answers to common questions. Requests requiring further assistance are forwarded to our staff, who respond through the same feature. Staff will never request your password.
  • Discord server and PassPoints. You may link your Discord account to your Account in our Discord server. Linked members receive roles reflecting their rank, which is based on lifetime Robux earned. PassPoints are a promotional token earned through activity in our Discord server. PassPoints have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, sold or transferred, are not part of your Balance, and may be redeemed only for the items offered in the PassPoint shop, which may include Robux credited to your Balance subject to the limits shown. Chat event prizes are awarded at random among eligible participants as described in each event. We may change, reset or discontinue PassPoints, levels, the PassPoint shop and chat events at any time, and may remove PassPoints, levels or prizes obtained through spam, automation or a breach of these Terms.
  • Moderation. Staff may remove messages and restrict users from global chat or support, temporarily or permanently, in their discretion. Serious or repeated violations may result in action under Section 13.

15. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) interfere with, disrupt or place an unreasonable load on the Service; (b) access or attempt to access any account or data not belonging to you; (c) scrape, crawl, copy, reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service; (d) circumvent any security or rate-limiting measure; or (e) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

16. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics and the BloxPass name and logo, is owned by BloxPass or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted.

17. Modifications to the Service and these Terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including Offer payouts, Reward prices, the Hourly Jackpot, Daily Rewards and affiliate rates. We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the Service and reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

18. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may revoke BloxPass's access from your Roblox account settings or request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Deletion of your Account forfeits any remaining Balance. We may suspend or terminate your Account under Section 13, or if we cease to operate the Service. Sections 5, 8, 13 and 16 through 23 survive termination.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOXPASS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. BLOXPASS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY OFFER WILL BE AVAILABLE, TRACKED OR CREDITED; THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE; OR THAT ROBLOX OR ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY WILL ACT IN ANY PARTICULAR MANNER, INCLUDING WITH RESPECT TO THE DURATION OF ANY PENDING PERIOD.

20. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BLOXPASS OR ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL OR VIRTUAL ITEMS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE UNITED STATES DOLLAR VALUE OF REWARDS VALIDLY REDEEMED BY YOU IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY UNITED STATES DOLLARS (US$50). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

21. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BloxPass and its operators, affiliates and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

22. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at support@bloxpass.com with a written description of the dispute and to negotiate in good faith for at least thirty (30) days in an effort to resolve it informally. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under the laws of your jurisdiction.

23. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Affiliate Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and BloxPass regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
